They also said they'd move the nasal ala inward, which made me trust them even on the scar-prone parts, but I decided not to do it because I thought the effect would be minimal. Still, I got the feeling that if I were to do it, this would be the better place It was a good consultation This is better than over-recommending things, since they tell you what will and won't work.
