After the consultation, I understood why other reviews said the director was blunt lol. But he was absolutely not rude; he just didn't have an overly polished service smile, and he explained things kindly. More than anything, he described in detail how my face situation would improve and which parts would still remain disappointing, so I felt like I could picture what I'd look like after surgery!! It was over-treatment
