I made an appointment in advance and went there. The consultation coordinator was kind. The doctor was kind too and kept emphasizing safety. I had heard the consultation would be short, but they explained things in much more detail and for longer than I expected, which surprised me. They had me hold up a mirror and explained things while looking at my nose, which made it easy to understand. They said the choice of whether to use silicone had to be made by me, so I am thinking a lot about it. The consultation coordinator was kind.
