About 3 years ago, the silicone bent, so I had a revision surgery at this hospital and paid a huge amount of money. At first I liked my nose, but now I'm worried because the donated dermis was absorbed and the silicone shifted to one side. I'm looking into another revision, so I came back here. I already got a headache just from thinking about whether I should go with autologous rib cartilage or not since it means opening the nose again. My nostrils were asymmetrical, but they did match them well. However, my nose looks a little upturned, so I think I'll need another revision. I hope I can look into it properly and make this my last surgery.
