I made a reservation here based on a recommendation from an acquaintance because I wanted to get it done somewhere close to home. When I called to book, they said there might be a wait, but when I visited I arrived early right at opening time, so I was able to get a consultation right away without waiting. The director consulted with me while using a toothpick to shape the line, explained what kind of eye shape I had, and told me which method should be used. Because I have sunken eyes and thick skin, they recommended incision + upper canthoplasty, and they showed me before-and-after photos of other people’s surgeries to show how things change. There was no pressure to book separately, and they gave me a business card saying to call if I wanted to reserve surgery. There was no consultation fee.
