I visited for revision double-eyelid surgery, and during the consultation they looked at my eyes from quite close up, which was a little uncomfortable, but I liked that they were very passionate and explained everything in detail. They said they'd do what's possible right away and be clear about what isn't possible. The doctor is the best. The only downside is that the counter staff seem unmotivated.
