I had double eyelid incision surgery and eye correction 34 years ago. I wanted an in-out line, but the director said that if we did in-out, the line would thin too easily, so he suggested a slightly semi-out line, and I had surgery with a semi-out line. Honestly, I have never regretted the line up to now. I live well satisfied with my eye line, but the problem is that the incision line is so, so visible that when I close my eyes or take photos from below, the incision line stands out a lot, and lately I have been regretting that… If I could go back, I don't think I would choose incision.
