It's been about 3 years since my first surgery, and I slowly started to feel that the tip of my nose was getting hard, but I wasn't sure if it was contracture until I searched around the cafe and found out that it was contracture.. so I went to a lot of consultations. One of them was HereMore. The director was like he was on YouTube, which was similar to what I expected. It was clear that he had a lot of experience with contracture nose cases, so the consultation was very detailed. They did a CT scan first, and as expected it was contracture They said the plan would be to remove the silicone and use autologous costal cartilage (I said from the start that I wanted autologous costal cartilage), and they reassured me that it wasn't a severe contracture case. You shouldn't just feel reassured because time passes when there can still be side effects. Overall, from the consultation with the coordinator to the consultation with the doctor, I was satisfied, and this was the place where I felt the most at ease among the places I visited, so I think I'll probably do it here.
