The director was cynical and professional. They recommended a different surgical method from other hospitals, but the rationale behind it afterward made sense. But the aftercare and things like that are a bit unclear, and the manager is not great. Of all the places I have been to, this was the worst, lol. Acting like you're the doctor yourself, wow.
