The director was easygoing and kind. I asked a lot of questions, but they answered everything, and the consultation atmosphere was comfortable too. There was no pressure, and I liked that they did not push things I did not need. And the aftercare was especially good. I go in every month to check on the progress, and among the people around me who had nose surgery, I feel like I go to the hospital the most often and for the longest. I was anxious about a lot of things after surgery, but getting checked every month put me at ease.
