I had a slight hump reduced, got silicone inserted, and used septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the tip. I deliberately went to a place with one director, and it was really good. Everyone was kind, and they didn't recommend alar reduction, so I didn't do it, but sometimes I think I should have, though it still looks natural so I'm satisfied. But now my nose has become so natural that I'm going to get it done once more lol
