There were some patients waiting, so I waited more than 30 minutes. It looked hectic. Nobody paid attention to anyone while we were waiting. The consultation with the director was fairly kind, and I liked that he said he would make my nose shape as close as possible to what I wanted, but the manager was a bit rude. The staff’s facial expressions were also bad.
