I came back after the consultation.. The consultation managers were really kind.. but the consultation with the director was a bit... It felt like they wanted to finish the consultation quickly... So I ended up asking questions rather urgently. Still, they answered all of my questions. But whenever I said what kind of shape I wanted, most of the answers were things like, 'That won't really work.. you have to actually have the surgery to know..' which made me feel a bit bad. Still, I guess that means they're being honest.
