The director explained things in detail, but I couldn’t feel much difference before and after surgery, which was disappointing. I liked that the staff changed and became kinder. They didn’t force me to pay a deposit, but the things they told me before surgery were insufficient, so I had to look up a lot of things myself after the surgery.
