The waiting time was too long, and the most important thing was that during the consultation I felt very strongly like I was being ignored, which put me in a bad mood. The clinic facilities looked okay, but I kept feeling uncomfortable during the consultation, so I just left after the consultation. The surgery result is important, but I think the way people are treated matters too.
