I had surgery for a deviated septum. The cost was fully covered by insurance because in the case of deviated septum surgery it is for medical reasons. The consulting manager was kind at the time, and the director was kind too. It seems the consulting manager changed after that. But because one person handles both surgery and consultations, even if you make a reservation and go, if the previous surgery is delayed, the waiting time inevitably gets long. Still, I’m satisfied with the surgical result.
