Nose Surgery review at Koaenyeong (코앤영) · 2022-01-17

I paid about 4 million won for silicone, the nasal tip, osteotomy, and alar reduction together. The reason it was more expensive was because I had previously had a non-incisional open procedure that only inserted an implant. Anyway, they removed the implant and did the surgery like that. It has now been about 3 years since the operation. Honestly, my nose had been very low before that (I basically had no bridge), and even when I first got the implant, it really felt like I had gotten a nose surgery or not;;; Anyway, once I properly did the tip along with it, my nose finally existed, so I was very satisfied. Maybe because I had no nose? From the front it is just okay. It looks pretty with contouring. And it does not look like obvious plastic surgery, so people around me did not even know I had surgery. They only noticed that something looked different,,, I had a straight-but-slightly-upturned line done, and now, about 3 years later,,, I can feel the nasal tip sagging a little, and the implant has started to show!!! And because it was a revision surgery, maybe the silicone was not fixed well, the implant moves around^^,,,,,,,, I came back because of these two factors, but they brushed off the visibility issue, and for the fixation they said it would be too much to reopen everything just to secure it again^^,,, (I only thought the aftercare was not great;;^^ Am I asking for too much..?) Anyway, so I am looking into a second nasal revision in Seoul again^^,,,
