First of all, there were a lot of customers, so there was a wait for the consultation. I understood, since it's a popular hospital. The doctor felt professional in the way they spoke, and the consultation manager was kind too. I had been going around to several hospitals for surgery, and this one is also a place that makes me think a lot.
