The doctor is very kind. Their tone was warm, so I felt good during the consultation. They explained why, for my eyes, this method was better than doing surgery another way. I also felt reassured because I heard they had previously worked at a famous hospital. The consultation manager was also really kind. Overall, it had a warm atmosphere.
