The director and staff had a rather unfriendly tone, plus a mocking tone, so I felt very uncomfortable. I asked a question, and they answered in a way like, “Do you really think that’s going to happen?” which made me feel bad, and even the consultation manager seemed like they were saying it on purpose... I paid money and got a consultation that made me feel very upset.
