I went because I had a question about double eyelid surgery, and I was worried, but the doctor told me not to do it. He said that undoing the eye stitching must be done by incision no matter what, and for that I should go to the hospital where I had it done originally. He said that if I get older and my eyes sag more, I should come back then and get a forehead lift. The doctor looked extremely tired and seemed like he had to go straight into the next surgery, so it felt like he was explaining things rather roughly. But the manager there was so kind. Even though I wasn't going to have surgery at that hospital anyway (the doctor himself told me not to), she spent nearly an hour consulting with me. It was my first time doing in-person consultations, and thanks to that I learned a lot of information at once.
