From the very first phone call to make the appointment, the staff were so kind, which I appreciated. They also told me the prices over the phone, which was nice, and the manager was very kind and seemed to review everything carefully!! The director honestly told me which points could be improved and which would be difficult, and I really liked that. They recommended fat grafting, but another clinic said it wasn't really necessary, so it would have been better if they had explained more clearly why it was needed! They took photos and went through everything one by one in a very detailed consultation, so I feel like they were very thorough and trustworthy. I took off one star from my surgery expectations because they said the hollows would still remain!!!
