First of all, the director and the staff were kind. The director answered each question professionally, one by one. They clearly explained which parts could be improved and which might be difficult, and also explained in an easy way how the surgery would proceed. They took photos and explained while looking at them. They took separate photos with neutral expressions, smiling expressions, and looking up and down. Because the expressions were different in each photo, it was helpful to see how the fat and muscles moved differently depending on the expression, and to estimate what the surgical outcome might be like.
