The advertised price is for under-eye fat repositioning only. My subjective consultation experience was very good, so I seriously considered having surgery here. However, I was concerned because the surgery rating on this community was low, and the director’s career wasn’t very long. I ended up canceling the reservation because I found another hospital I liked better. One thing I should make clear is that part of why my subjective experience was so good was that there was about a 1.5-hour wait. You might say, what does that mean? But I felt the hospital really paid attention to me during the time I waited. Personally, I don’t like consultations that move too fast. Also, since I live far from Gangnam, I figured I might as well wait since I had already come all this way, so I didn’t rush and just waited. They had also told me in advance that surgery was running behind and would likely be about an hour late, so I took that into account. Of course, I’m not saying waiting an hour and a half was good. The hospital facilities were pleasant and clean. The waiting area was the best I’ve seen, and the restroom was clean too. First, right after I arrived, they took photos to diagnose my eye condition. There were three kinds: looking straight ahead, looking upward with the eyes raised, and smiling with the eyes. They consulted me while looking at each condition, and I felt their expertise through the detailed analysis. I learned a lot during the consultation. Things like what kind of case my eyes were and how difficult the surgery would be. If I had to name something that felt a little questionable, it would be that they said they would need to open up the under-eye area to know whether fat grafting on my right under-eye area would be needed or not. I asked both the director and the manager a lot of questions during the consultation, and they both answered kindly. What stood out to me was that the manager listened carefully while sitting in on the director’s consultation. They said CCTV viewing was free for up to one month, and the guardian could also check the live CCTV during surgery. Since it’s a one-doctor clinic and the director performs the surgery personally, I could definitely feel the pride in that, and I liked it. There was some pressure to pay a deposit. The amount was 100,000 won. But they said it would be refunded until one week before surgery, and when I actually called, they refunded it without making a fuss.
