I made an appointment and went in for a consultation. The doctor did the consultation. When I usually get double eyelid surgery consultations in Seomyeon, they recommend incision + ptosis correction as the basics, and for my eyes they usually add epicanthoplasty or upper canthoplasty too, but here the doctor just said incision only... The moment I sat down, it was just, let’s do incision only, and that was it. There wasn’t any extra explanation, so personally my satisfaction with the consultation was low. When I looked at the line they drew for me, it didn’t feel like the look I wanted, so I didn’t choose it. It probably would have looked natural, but I didn’t think there would be enough change to feel satisfied after surgery.
