As someone who lives in the provinces, I got a breast consultation at the famous Jises Plastic Surgery in Busan, the city that is at least somewhat close to me. The consultation manager was kind, and the head director was also honest, without exaggeration or sugarcoating, about various side effects and post-op issues, which helped me a lot in thinking through breast surgery.
