Because the goal was to look natural, I did get a small amount of silicone implanted, but satisfaction seems to vary from person to person. I had severe pigeon chest and a relatively wide ribcage, but I wanted to go from a full B cup to a C cup, and it turned out just as I wanted~!! People around me can't tell I had surgery, and I feel more confident too, and the volume seems much better, so I feel good every time I look at my body. However, I had the underarm approach, and even after more than a year the scar still hasn't disappeared.. I'm getting laser treatment separately now. I guess it's because of my skin type, which is unfortunate
