At the first consultation, when I asked, “Is this possible?” they asked who said that, which hospital it was, and made a comment dismissing other hospitals, saying there are a lot of strange ones. That made me feel a bit awkward. I thought that with forehead reduction, bruising wouldn’t usually be that bad, so when I got really bruised I wondered if I was the only one. I used bruise cream a lot and got by. When I came back, they said, “Oh, you don’t have much bruising^^,” so I guess it’s normal to bruise a lot. The staff were all kind, so I was planning to give 5 stars, but I removed 2 because of one extremely infuriating pretty woman. I was waiting to go in for surgery wearing the hospital gown, and since I wasn’t wearing a bra, she looked at my chest a lot and at my face and made a sarcastic? dismissive? expression. She had been extremely kind up to that point, then suddenly her expression changed completely, and I was really flustered. The reason I had surgery here was that I could watch the CCTV live, but I didn’t actually watch it. And the consultation manager was very soft-spoken and totally my style. How should I say this? My mind is scattered like I have ADHD, but she explained everything calmly, which made me feel stable. The consultation manager was the same at the beginning and the end, she didn’t change, and that was good. I also had the surgery because they didn’t wrap my head in bandages; they only did taping and discharged me. Right after surgery, when I opened my eyes, I did have a bandage on. I asked the doctor to pull my forehead all the way up, saying it was okay even if I couldn’t close my eyes, and to overcorrect it as much as possible. After surgery, I couldn’t close my eyes, but I was actually grateful that they listened to me. Now I can close my eyes well, but if I use double-eyelid tape, my eyes can’t fully close by the width of the tape.
