The counselor was very kind, but maybe because they hadn’t worked there long, it didn’t feel like they fully knew all the information. The doctor was the same: the impression was good, but it felt like they couldn’t fully understand my needs. To compare it, it felt like a new hot café that has a good reputation because it’s newly opened, but if you look at each detail, there isn’t much substance. Overall, all the hospital staff were gentle and kind, and the fact that they put the final consultation notes in a pretty card pocket to give to me really showed good taste.
