All the staff and the director were kind, and the explanations were clear and easy to understand, which gave me confidence to go ahead with the surgery. During the consultation I asked a lot of questions, and usually people show that they're annoyed, but I thought they were less like that here. It's been a few months since just the first surgery, and because less fat has been removed than I expected, I'm satisfied. I think it would be even better if I do the second one too.
