When I first walked in, there were not as many people as I expected. I think it may have been because of the time or day. There were quite a lot of staff at the counter, and the facility overall was clean and in good condition. From the consultation with the director, I felt he seemed very confident and proud overall, and he said the surgery itself was not a big operation, which made me feel a bit more at ease. The consultation manager was calm and seemed fine too. However, they also run a Korean medicine clinic together, so it feels a bit like parallel treatment, and I think that part could divide opinions.
