I had surgery around 2016. My face itself isn't very three-dimensional, so my nose was also raised with about 3 mm of silicone. Now, 9 years later, the tip of my nose has dropped and the silicone is showing through the middle of my bridge, so even though it was my first surgery, I can't avoid ending up with revision surgery. When I got a consultation for revision surgery elsewhere, they said the silicone was too close to the skin surface, which is why it was showing. Looking at my old photos, there wasn't much difference before and after. The crooked-nose correction I originally asked for was barely done, and if I think back, when I said soon after surgery that my nose didn't seem much different, the doctor got cold and said that wasn't true. I remember being shocked that the attitude changed so much before and after surgery. I recommend looking for another hospital.
