This was the very first hospital I went to after I fractured my nasal bone in an accident. I chose it because the doctor is an ENT specialist and seemed to have extensive surgical experience. While I was consulting, the doctor felt kind but also a bit cynical, and seemed to care more about the functional aspects than the cosmetic ones. The staff were just okay. There are many clinics that are rude, so I was grateful that they weren't like that, but they didn't seem especially kind or proactive either. I went because of the fracture, but since I had also injured the center of my face and wanted to address some things I was unhappy with while I was already going into surgery, I told them what I wanted done. During the consultation, unlike at other hospitals, they didn't ask me to show reference photos or ask what kind of nose shape I wanted, and that was a little disappointing. I guess the doctor already had a shape and surgical method in mind. It was a bone-cutting surgery and rhinitis correction surgery, so the fact that insurance applied and that they had a strong ENT background appealed to me. Still, I do wish they had asked about and handled the cosmetic side a little more... At the front desk there was a booklet of nose surgery cases from patients the doctor had operated on, and I really liked the results shown there because I like a refined, slightly straight line. I recommend it for anyone considering a straightish line + rhinitis surgery.
