The doctor is an ENT specialist. I went for a consultation about a bulbous nose and a non-open rhinoplasty for a thick nose. He said that unless the support structure is solid, it will droop because it is heavy, and that a septal cartilage or ear cartilage or rib cartilage support has to be done. He said if only ear cartilage is used, a lot is needed, so it would have to be taken from both sides. The director seems to have a strong opinion. The price was very expensive. It was disappointing that not everything, like a thick nose, can be done with non-open rhinoplasty.. The consultation was short.
