I went for a consultation for a “baekjaco” and “bujaco” nose. I was surprised that it was more expensive than I expected. Silicone, autologous costal cartilage, and revision revision surgery came out to 10 million won.. As soon as the doctor saw my nose, they honestly said that if there’s no discomfort, it might be better not to do anything at all. They said I need reconstruction because I have a nasal perforation. And they told me in advance that for a baekjaco or bujaco nose, it’s difficult to perfectly improve a hump nose or a bulbous nose. They said that unless it’s silicone, it’s hard to perfectly correct an extreme nose like mine So I just heard the estimate and left.
