The consultation manager was really terrible. I don't know how busy they were, but my consultation with the director lasted less than 15 minutes. It was the only place that charged a consultation fee, and the consultation with the director was the shortest of all. If the consultation with the director had been longer, I probably would have chosen this place because the director is known to be very skilled, but he seemed so busy that I wondered whether I'd actually be able to get proper treatment here if I had surgery and something went wrong. The consultation manager kept cutting the director off in the middle and saying they'd explain the rest themselves, so the director left quickly. Even during the manager's consultation, they kept interrupting, and they seemed like someone who just wanted to leave work early. They said they'd had surgery here recently too, but even without saying it, I could see the red scar, so I noticed that part and thought, hmm. I wondered if it was because it hadn't been long. Honestly, the doctor's skill is what matters, and aftercare not being a big issue is actually the best case. A bad consultation manager or front desk staff doesn't bother me that much. But the director's reputation is good, yet the consultation was too short and I couldn't ask what I wanted to ask, and that keeps bothering me.
