Well, I did have surgery, but the suture removal and aftercare were poor. The director did not do it personally. The hair-loss cap? There was no sterilization at all (is that not normally done...?) and after using it, they took it straight to the next patient.... I do have some surgery experience, but the aftercare here seems the worst of all. They also sell things like creams, and it is not a cheap amount either, but if I were to go back, I would think twice.
