At first I was satisfied because the nose shape looked natural. My friends all said it was pretty, and some of them didn't even know I had nose surgery. Even people seeing me for the first time said my side profile was pretty. I didn't research enough and chose this hospital right away because it was a revision-surgery specialty clinic (it gave me the feeling they would be even better), but in the end I regretted it... The tip of my nose drooped after just a year and a half, and the first surgery cost 5.5 million won, which seems too expensive. I had silicone + septal cartilage, and if I wanted alar reduction they said I would have to pay 1 million more. It felt burdensome, so I didn't get the alar reduction.
