I didn't talk much with the manager; most of the conversation was with the director. The director answered all of my questions one by one, showed me reviews of people with faces similar to mine, and explained things realistically and factually without exaggerating. They seemed confident. Price and friendliness aren't that important to me, so I'm thinking about getting it done here!
