They prioritize safety. You may feel like there is almost no change. They tend to avoid difficult noses. I really wanted to get surgery here, but they didn't see any room for improvement, so they didn't even give me a quote. They were honest and said no when something couldn't be done. A friend had it done here and, while her nose was similar to her original one, it definitely became better.
