Nose Surgery review at Wideuyuwonil (위드유원일) · 2025-10-17

This was the 5th place I visited for consultations. They say if you keep doing consultation rounds, you'll eventually find a clinic that suits you exactly, but I didn't really have one until I kept going around, and this place was exactly right for me. They didn't say to do too much, just said to do only what was necessary. They were honest, and among all the places I consulted, this was the most detailed and longest consultation. They explained things in detail with examples while showing me a lot of photos. For my nose, they said they would use thin silicone + septal cartilage, and if needed they would also harvest ear cartilage. They also said they would bring out the columella and lower the nasal tip. I was debating whether to insert silicone or not, and they said honestly that it could be done without it, but then the change would be smaller and I might be less satisfied. My nose isn't one that absolutely doesn't need silicone, so they said it would look prettier with it, but if safety is the priority, it can be done without. It was my choice, honestly. They're not the warm and friendly type, but they answered all my questions in a blunt, straightforward way. They also have a long career, so I started wanting to do it here. But the director manager was a bit cynical I get why there are so many negative reviews here. Usually managers are overly friendly with all that yes yes^^ yes yes^^ stuff, which is super burdensome, but here they were overly cynical and, how should I put it, they responded with a blank expression, so it felt a little odd. Also, for a first surgery, 4.8 million won is crazy expensive And there are absolutely no discount events, no same-day booking discounts from Gangnam Unni photos or anything like that Damn, is this actually confidence..? Maybe I like that? Anyway, I think I'll probably do it here.
