It seemed like they thought it wasn't worth doing unless it was a severe case. But during the consultation, their attitude was so indifferent that it caught me off guard. I went there expecting a lot because the impression from their blog and Knowledge In posts was that they were extremely meticulous, but it was unexpected. Even the questions I had prepared got answered in one-word responses.
