I visited Seosangwoo while searching for a revision rhinoplasty hospital, since I had been reading his blog posts closely for a while. I said I just wanted an ordinary nose and had no greed. He told me that even just replacing the silicone would eliminate the step-off where the nasal tip drops. I personally chose to add layered grafting with ear cartilage to the tip as well, and I am satisfied with the result. It came out naturally and well.
