I had medial and lateral canthoplasty a year ago. My eyes did get bigger, but the inner corners showed far too much of the lacrimal lake, while the outer corners were opened until a lot of sclera showed, so the shape itself looked very unattractive. Since both eyes looked stretched, they sometimes felt irritated and dry, and I could think of nothing but that restoration was the right thing to do.
