Don't underestimate ptosis correction, or it can loosen in less than six months..... So annoying. I have thin skin, so I thought an incisional method would last a long time, but it loosened weakly, so I have scheduled a revision. According to Dr. Shin, if you have an epicanthic fold, force from the inside can cause the line to loosen. Since I'm that type of case, they said that doing revision ptosis correction and an upper canthoplasty this time would keep it from loosening later. Canthoplasty wasn't something I had considered, so I left without making a reservation that day, and there wasn't any particular pressure. They didn't keep messaging me on KakaoTalk either, so I thought it over on my own. Looking at reviews of people whose lines are still fine after four or five years, most had also had an upper canthoplasty, and the inner shape looked subtly rounded and pointed, which seemed pretty. I emphasized that I wanted it done well without creating visible scars, then paid the deposit. For reference: the consultation doesn't cost extra, whether it's a first surgery or revision, I think. There were quite a few people at the clinic, so if it were me, I'd book a weekday morning. Even so, I didn't have to wait very long. They said postoperative care is available without a limit on the number of visits. I'm going every two weeks to try to reduce the swelling quickly.
