Apparently, you do not necessarily have to undergo restoration just because a canthoplasty turned out strangely; secondary canthoplasty may also be possible. I thought my eyes were uneven because of swelling after lateral canthoplasty, but even after three months, the right side still looked less opened than the left, so the asymmetry remained. It looked extremely strange both to the naked eye and in photos, so I went for a consultation at a restoration-specialized clinic recommended by a friend. They said secondary canthoplasty was more appropriate than restoration because the left side was too much
