I had double eyelid surgery here 5 years ago, but one eye unfolded and I developed severe scar tissue. The director said he would do a very cheap after-service correction, but I couldn't trust a clinic that had already messed up once, and more than anything, the consultation manager handled things in such a rude way that I never wanted to go back. I had a problem with the skin on my eye and said I just wanted to see the director again for a consultation, but they went ahead and prepared for surgery on their own, and when I said I wasn't going to do it that day, they looked openly annoyed, didn't answer questions properly, and snapped at me. Their response to a patient who has a problem after treatment was terrible.
