Unlike other hospitals, it felt very cozy and gave the impression of a director with a lot of experience, like one from the neighborhood. I felt refreshed because they kept giving detailed and thorough explanations without hesitation. During the fairly long consultation, they continuously conveyed constructive points. Even though the experience was very long, they seemed to pay high-quality attention to each patient, which made me trust them even more. They seemed to prioritize the patient's needs over their own opinion, and instead of focusing only on the shape of each part, they thoroughly looked at the harmony of the entire face, which I liked because it was a customized consultation aimed at matching what the patient wanted. I felt like they paid a great deal of attention to hygienic matters during surgery, and although it is probably natural given their experience, they looked like someone with tremendous confidence in their own skill.
