Since they said they pursue a natural look, they suggested leaving the dorsal hump. I also originally had a strong desire to keep the dorsal hump, so I thought our aesthetic sense matched. It was actually my first consultation, and I didn't know what to ask, but the director just explained various things well. When I said I had no questions, he actually kept explaining more while showing me one photo after another. I felt sorry for not having prepared any questions... He was very relaxed and kind.
