It's really true that the doctor keeps you there for more than 30 minutes of consultation.. And the doctor is kind and prefers a nose that is as natural as possible. If you want something flashy like the current trend, it probably won't suit you. He doesn't recommend a lot of things either, and just says to do the minimum. The manager is kind too.
